I see. The piece I have on my car coveres the entire hole for the lower slot, but the upper slot is just open. I guess that's euro styling with the multiple smaller holes?

no, the Euro valances don't have the upper slot, and the lower one is usually covered with a blocking plate.

is there anything you can put in the upper hole to make it look just a bit better? I know there arent any mounting thingies up there, but im sure something could be made to fit.
