I started wet sanding and buffing last night. It is turning out ok, but not great. I have been working different areas varying the types of sanding and buffing to see what is going to work the best... I will have pics soon

Your only supposed to do 1 coat with single stage acrylic enamels... that may be why there are issues. What are you using to buff it? You need a real buffer, not a walmart 20 dollar buffer, and heat up that paint with some 3M rubbing compound. That may get the finish where you want it, then finish with 3M polishing machine glaze with the buffer up around 3000 rpm, buffer at about 5 degree angle to put a slight edge on it to really get it good...

Only one coat with single stage enamel? I'm getting ready to spray my valance, frt bumper, and "is" lip tomorrow using DuPont Centari and it says multiple coats can be sprayed without any flash time between. What's the deal?

id sand it all off and restart keeping in mind when you spray it do a 50 50 over lap and to get rid of tiger strips cross coat it and only spray one section at a time and keep it wet i always rather run it then dry spray it

Update... After wet sanding and buffing the car looks a lot better. I will buff again to see if it will get better, but for now its acceptable
