        When i first got the car i was able to scratch it off with a fingernail, i think i waited too long and the paint got too hard. The pads did nothing noticeable. I start sanding with sand paper, the car is up for sale at the moment,. If i end up keeping it i'll sand all the paint off and post up some pics

        Edit: you said your paint was coming off with duct tape, you may still have some hope
