Vinyl Distributors

I know there are some people out there who have wrapped their own cars and I'm wondering where to source the material from...

Seems 3M makes the best stuff by what I found, but again I can't find a place to buy it from. I assume there are other brands out there, if you have any input let me know.

Did a search but couldn't find anything. Also Google was no real help as all the places listed are for vinyl wrap shops and they said they wouldn't sell me vinyl without a vinyl cutter.
