Jeff- I wanted something a little different. I actually wanted M Tech 1 or update from the DBs to MT2, but my budget won't allow. I didn't want fake cheap crap, Zender is legit, and these are Uber rare, just wante something different. I am rolling the dice, it the look isn't there that I hope to have, I will sell it. These are a little more extreme than I first wanted, but once all the work is done, I think (hope) it will be a taseful mod.
Jason- Lot's of plans! Thanks to this forum also the map light and armrest go in this week with the new sound system. Last week I had shocks, springs, and Brembos put on. I just received the IS valance and a Zender rear apron. When the painting is done in the late fall, I will have the antenna deleted as well. I am going to put Smileys on with Euro grills, euro rear tails, clear turns and sidelights. Today I swapped the trunk lid which had a Zender spoiler on it with one from my 92 IS that I am parting. (Not a fan of the 3rd light OR a larger spoiler on the lid) I was going to use the seats from it to replace my aged, torn buckets, but instead I am having Kevin (from this forum) make me some custom covers. But those are fall projects, I don't want the vert to be down right now. The next items to be addressed will be the timing belt, gimbo, Us, and shaft bearing. The wheels are going on the market, these 17's are not the look I wanted, but, I bought them right. Will be putting a 4.10 lsd in. This is just the short list. I might be looking for a motor to start building up for a swap, but unsure what way I want to go yet, M20 bored, stroker, M50 or???? If the right deal comes along for a MT2 Alpine w/swap done like the one that was listed in NJ, I will scrap these plans, and be all over it. I am debating on doing a build thread or not, hard to hold a candle to what some of these guys have been able to do. I have thick skin, and know that not everyone will like what I do, but I am always open to suggestions and help. I appreciate what I have learned from the pros so far on this forum, and fortunate enough to have Reggie here in the Indy area for help as well. Always is good to have a brother that is BMW cert. ex-stealership. Any thoughts-feedback Jason? THX

I read it all. but wasn't at first lol.

Anyway, the plan sounds good. As for the swap. I'd put a SBC in it. But thats just me. And not many people on here will agree with me lol.
