Hit a deer, suggestions?

    the core support is no big deal, cut the old one out (it's spot welded), put in a new one

    that rear damage makes the car pretty much toast though, although it is technically repairable.

      good choice to buy it back. Now you have options. You could order a quarter panel from bimmer or perhaps find aftermarket and get it welded in. I had a similar crinkle in my panel and they did a nice job with the body work etc. Yours is worse so would require cutting. at least you can now experiment on the body work. can't get any worse..LOL. today's cars yes..but e30's are tough to beat up..his car still drives straight. show me a new bmw that can do that after hitting a dear?
