Rear valence/apron questions on plastic bumper swap

I don't know what the correct term is. I did a plastic bumper swap on my car. Came out pretty good (no pics yet) but something is lacking. The back valence(under the rear bumper) is way small. It looks totally out of place when I put the lip on the front. What should I do about this? I saw Bill's swap, thought it looks pretty good. I don't mind the work and I have plenty of tools (welder etc). Is there an aftermarket item that would be better? Thanks for the info.

well if you have a welder you could swap the rear valance off a late model car.

You swapped it onto an 85 318? Wasn't the rear bumper a little long?

yeah it was a little long, but I chopped it down. I keep looking at it like it could use a tiny bit more shaving, but it looks pretty good.
