    Anyone converted a surfboard car to metal euro bumpers?

    I have an April 90 Cabrio btw, I know the shocks go I was asking is there an issue caused by the shocks that are removed.

        The slang term for aluminum US bumpers is "Diving-boards", btw. :D

            I did it a long time ago, Front is direct bolt on, in the rear you have to drill 2 holes. You don't use your old bumper shocks, the euro's don't use shocks at all, just metal brackets.
