    If done correctly, the metal will not warp.

    If you are going to glue it, at least use proper glue like Lord Fuser or something.

      C'mon, man, it is a 1" hole, why the hell do you feel it is necessary to spend $40 on glue to fill it? It isn't technical, it isn't structural, it is just a damn hole he wants to fill. Old hot rodders used to use tape and bondo fer chrissakes!

              I'm going to try weld up the hole on one of the other spare/scrap doors I have, if I warp it I'll go for bonding or just electrical tape :D
