Width Difference with e30 stock body and m3

Hey guys what better place to ask then here?? Im planning on getting an e30 sometime soon and wanted to know the width difference in the quarters and fenders between a stock and m3 e30. Any input will be appreciated... To determine offset/width of wheels thanks in advance. 1jz, fitted, slammed e30 coming up!

acquire e30. then wide body, then you will see how wide you need.

No real need for "widebody" when you can fit 245's under the car with rolled fenders and the right offsets.

My bet is he'll be running 205's on a 10inch wheel...

              Why not, I've seen a 175's on 10" steelies.

I am a bit curious as to the difference in width. I always assumed they were around the same width. One car has wide fenders and the other has fender flares. Probably around the same overall width though.

                    Edit
                    E30 sedan 65.4" wide
                    E30 M3 66.1" wide

So .7" wider for the M3
