    Faded Hardtop//

i just picked up a very nice hardtop that a friend found for me. The vinyl black exterior is slightly faded...i want to restore the color on it, not strip the vinyl then repaint the whole thing.

has anyone used vinyl paint or dye the get the exterior vinyl looking new again ?

Mine didnt fit the "faded" label but a couple of coats of Back to Black sure helped. Im sure they can be dyed as well but due to the texture I have no idea how that might come out. Check w George at Leatherique since he does have vinyl dye and owns an e24 so is very bimmer friendly
