Everytime i was there 4-5 times i was rushed out the door. The.big white guy never has time to talk or wasnt there. Very first day he rushed me into it. Saying okay drop ypur car off today or i cant get you in for another week. So being a dumb kid i dropped it off. I told him i didnt want the handlespainted. I thought it was common sence not to paint the wiper arms.Comment

I havent paid yet. Im not going too. I have to get it repainted. They reapint flat black ill give them full price they.give me nothing im fighting that price. Because in all reailty i paid 900. Put a hunderd down. So i hope they dont try to get over again on me. The paint looking like shit and them painting all the wrong parta isnt good!Comment

Okay am i right about the overspray on my muffler, spare tire compartarment. Aand the fact they never informed me that the bondo was gonna cracl. If i woulf have known that i would have got new fenders. If they try to charge me for the extra body work they cant. I didnt asl for it. They went ahead and then told me after they were already doing it. And my emblem has two proongs on them that holds in on my trunk nobglue was need to hold it on before! Arent these valid points on my part? Thheres only mexican wprkers in there when the manager isnt there and they are completly un useful. They cant find my paper work with out a customer i.d u expect me to carry aroumd a paper with me for a week? ur shitty business maybe should be organized by customer name. They also told me 3 to 4 days. The cars been at there shop 8 days! One word unprofessinalComment

Jason, in person it looks redicouls and nothing like that truck. Two differant colors. I didnt want gloss orange wanted semi flat orange. He told me when i called him that there is normally 2-3 flating agents. And he thinks he only put one. Why only one if theres normally 2-3? The owner and painter werent there. Painter made no notes anywhere about what he painted my car with. The front desk person has no clue, manager hs no clue, body man has no clure. And when expressing how upset i was with the paint he raises his voice more then a calm talk and says hes not the person who painted the car.Comment

This surprises me -100%.
You dropped off your non repaired body damaged car off to 'we're cheaper than ANYONE' paint shop to get it painted orange - no blue - nope, orange after all and now you are surprised to find cheap low quality result.
It's a bummer man, but you jumped the gun big-time here..
