read a lot of threads that the skirts from a coupe/4 door will fit a cabrio with modifications.....but what exactly needs to be done so they fit nicely?

I'm not sure how to ask this relative to everything else, but are the doors just shorter on a cabrio, do the rockers extend lower down with the doors being similar (i know doors are vert specific), or is it a bit of both? Basically, is a stock cabrio rocker closer to the ground than a stock coupe one?The first car I ever rode in was an e30

the rockers are taller for support of the chassis not having a roof, Beefier you can say including the strut tower braces. there's an article on it somewhere explaining the difference or it might be in a pamphlet that came with my car."I wanna see da boat movie"
