    To debadge or not?

Well, I saw a sweet debadged car the other day so I thought about debadging myself, so I photoshoped it. (I know it's not that good but it gives you the idea) opinions anyone?

This is how it is now:

This is what it could look like:

I like it. I'm not always the biggest fan of debadging cars, but it looks good in this case.

i've never understood debadging. People claim like they like the symmetry of it, or makes it more 'stealth' or race oriented, or something...? I just don't understand you kids sometimes.

Just ask yourself, 'is the badge really that unnattractive?' My answer is always no. It seems like somebody stole it or it fell off. I'm all about that classy look i guess.

I'm right with you on this, but in some cases (this one) it actually does look better.

I ran badgeless for a long time. Eventually I got around to making my 328iS badge and slapped it on.

            I prefer it on.

I want to take mine off because I hate cleaning around it, but the paint underneath is screwed so it stays on for now.

I absolutely love the look of most debadged cars. As said above, the symmetry factor is huge also. It just looks so much cleaner, less cluttered. Without the badge your eyes naturally focus on the roundel. Call me crazy, stupid, whatever, but if I had an M3 I'd debadge it too.

                              Just my 2 cents...............
Debadging the rear deack lid was the very first I did on the cabbie when I got it....I wouldn't have it any other way
