front bumper reinforcment is bent help!!

hey guys so my 91 318is was in a little accident before i purchased it.. the pass bumper reinforcement is bent so it causes my front bumper to bend up and the left side and it looks funny. and can be a big pain in my butt to remove and put back on. what would be a good method to get that straight again? should i sledge hammer the hell out of it or you think if i buy a new one it will be straight.. the area around it is bent a little too so im unsure.. any help would be great

I dont see how the bumper reinforcement could be bent, are you sure its not the bumper shock on that side?

it takes like 5 minutes to remove. im not sure what the issue is that you are having with just replacing it?

that sounds like frame damage. if it's as bad as you say. your alignment is gonna be off and a frame straightening shop will have to fix it. however that $2k~
