Yes, Jordan's car was pulled down quite a bit when I saw it moving. A lot more then you would think a little piece of plastic could do. -

Tear Drop? Not Quite!
Look at the way an M3 is different than an E30 for ideas. The high deck lid, front air dam, and side skirts. Open wheel cars are rocket science but sedans are pretty straightforward. In the following picture, note the aerodynamic innovation reflected in the side skirts - or is it for turning in driveways?

considering that sideskirt design was abandoned by bmw and hasnt resurfaced in any performance car since (not counting ricers), id say it was for driveways.: : 1984 318i : : PNW E30 Crew : : Sold!!
