are you leaving the spoiler on when you paint the rest of the car? (the bottom half of the spoiler)

Avus Blue!
Avus is a really nice color. I thought about it but decided to go with original Diamondschwarz to avoid doing the underside of the hood, deck lid, and door jambs. New paint emphasizes the aging of the rest of the car and trim. I'm in the 4th. month of a "spare time" repaint. You should end up with a good result as the shop looks like it has a good booth to paint in. Part of what makes a repaint so expensive is that a good downdraft booth with heater for baking costs between $50,000- $100,00. They're really picky about their air in L.A. A shop that turns out 5-8 cars a day needs two of them

That avus looks sweet, how much did you spend for paint like that color. Im going to paint me es, but I wanted to just paint it black because black is cheap, but if something like that isn't much more I gotta check that out.

Well, it's painted, just missing the side mirrors, both valances, inside the trunk, inside the car and the engine bay.
Keep in mind the car is just painted and no polish is applied yet.
Very dirty as well.
