            In my opinion, if you're buying this for a practical car to daily then I'd be looking for a 4 door.

            My wife bought a Kia Rio 4 door hatch, and we were looking at some 2 door cars before deciding on it. We use those back doors so much, so I'm really happy that we didn't buy a 2 door car. They're honestly very useful and I'd be very frustrated without them.

            However that being said, if I had your budget to work with and I was buying a car for myself to use as a daily, it would not be an '07 Rabbit.
