    fender goo ?

replacing a front fender, and at the top is a black tar-ish stuff but holds paint really well, when I first looked thought it was a weld...where the fender meets the cowling. Its not silicone
when I was at atuozone the other day and asked the "kid" said oh they either use silicone or jb weld
I know both of those answers are wrong

    what is the stuff ?

Lord Fusor is another brand. Your local auto paint supply should have what you need.
