panel gaps are uneven at the trunk and door

I bought my car a couple of months ago and I just noticed that along with rust the panels gaps are kinda uneven at the doors and trunk.

Before that I noticed that the area behind the strut towers hidden behind the battery was cracked.

I also realized that it was resprayed. Initially I thought it was body filler but I have started to realize its previous color was white.

Is it normal?

Or has the car just been horribly T-boned?

It drives straight.

All gaps are adjustable, especially the doors. Could have been wrecked, or could have been removed and reinstalled without proper alignment.
