    Fender Caulk?

Did all e30's have this? I'm talking about the caulk/sealant that is on the seam of where the fender joins with the cowl area.

every e30 I have seen had said sealant at that edge of the fender.

Same. If the sealant is missing then fender or some other body part has been replaced.

if body parts are replaced, isn't it impossible to transfer the vin sticker over to the next? they are design to rip once removed.

Also, there's not paint edges or lines on mine that would make it seem like it has body work done

I've seen front clips replaced that were virtually undetectable and I inspected them without the engine or fenders. Ya never know
