maybe since most of these look like this in 3rd world contries they figured that if all the colors are different when they start putting replacement panels on it. it will start to revert to a normal color like reverse psycology?

Yes they came from factory that way and they also came with stock deep dish bbs's. If i remeber right they only made a few hundred so yes it may be ugly as shit but its RARRRRRE. A guy here in omaha has one.
