Need to replace passenger rocker panel, where to get replacement?

Well I am going to be repainting my 89 e30 325i (late model) 2 door. The passenger side rocker panel is rust patchy.
It needs to go, where is a solid seller for a full replacement rocker panel?
Not one that doesn't fit right or is designed for slice n dice.

So far I found a replacement for $120... Looking to save a little as this paint job is going to run me a little over 3k.

herd fixmyrust.com has some but are the complete rocker replacements?
