Go to your local metal supply place, but a big sheet of steel and have at it. Mine wasn't quite that bad, but it was still gone. You will also have to rebuild the frame rail. I attempted to get new ones, but they are NLA.

Thanks guys. I have a Lincoln 180C and have purchased most of the body panels I need to replace:
- rad support
- tail panel
- inner rockers
- outer rockers (from fixmyrust.com)
Just really shocked at the floor pan. The gas pedal area is trashed pretty bad too. Will stop whining and follow Brandon's (ThatOneEuroE30) lead I think. Great build thread.
