Any thoughts? I've got almost everything stripped out of there, now is the time to do it if any. Think it can look decent? Experiences with the paint-match rattle cans? Discuss. :)

nooooo if your paint isn't in too bad of condition just degrease and pressure wash it clean. -
Oh, it's spotless already...but some fresh paint would be nice. I'm debating on taking it somewhere, but then I'd have to rent a trailer.

I will be deciding weither or not to paint my bay in a little bit. It would look really nice to get it sprayed by a place but rattle can would look better than it is now.Comment

i think you can pull it off in the condition you have your bay now. the fact that its white is also a plus. make sure its good and clean and do it. when i did my swap i actually brushed part of my engine bay (touch up)and theres never been anyone able to tellComment

the base coat in the rattle can paint is fine, but unforunately the clearcoat sucks. I don't know if there is a decent clearcoat you can get in a rattlecan or if it's even worth it. After my experiences with it, I think I'd rather rent a paint both and use real automotive paint... the rattle cans are pretty expensive anyway.Comment

I think when I get back from my trip to Europe, I'll see how my financial situation is. I think if I'm going to take a rolling shell to a place for painting, I may as well do the whole car...it needs it.-Brandon
