    New to forum paint question

Hello well i had a super eta which i loved but blew the engine recently.. I picked up another e30 for 400$ for some guy near by. The paint is horrible but I didn't care i figure i repaint it.. The orginal color to the car is kashmeirebeige metallic. When I look up the paint code it says code 301 but from what I find on the Internet 301 was only available is touring cars? Is this color rare on coupes? Is it worth painting back to it's orginal color?

in this case rare may not always mean desireable. I wont have a beige Ferrari as the color reminds me of throw up on old carpets. I think a lot of people feel the same

That's exactly how I feel. I know it's rare but do I really want to paint it back to that color when I can paint it any other color I want..

Then why ask? Paint it what you want.

My E30 coupe is cashmere beige with a M30 swap. Draws no attention...just what I like.
