Kidney grills - difference

There is two version of kidney in ETK - AC version and non AC. What is a difference between booth?

AC one looks slimmer? Can I put AC version to non AC car and vice versa?

they are the same dimensions. I believe the non-AC one does not have the ducts and the AC one has the opened slits.

There's also a third kidney. It's completely blocked for extreme cold climate cars.
