Identify Paint E30! help!

Hey guys! I'll be repaint ong my project soon and have settled on this silver. One problem, I don't know the paint code and doesn't seem to be OEM BMW. I could be wrong. Does anyone know the owner or the paint code? Any help is greatly appreciated!! It's not Lachssilber_Metallic is it?!

Although I have a lachs car (and its faded) I cant always tell in pictures if a car is lachs. If you think you might like that color enough to get it, theres a thread here with plenty of examples in different conditions and lighting...

Its very hard to tell based on the photos, I do like the Lach but very curious to identifying the color in the picture I posted. Lach is a good choice too though.

Looks more like sterling to me

I think it is sterling as well but it seems to change quite a bit depending on lighting so I can't be sure.

Sterling actually seems to be closer to it, although it has a different hue. Hopefully I run into the owner and he can chime in!
