    Rear bumper help!

I have a 1987 325is, which also includes the chrome bumper and 5mph crash shocks, and I hate it. The bumper sticks out too far (which of course can be fixed by a bumper tuck) but it just looks like it's missing something. It's too high off the ground to me and from what I hear, models before 1988 do not have the ability to have the average euro bumper attached. Does anyone have any simple fixes to adding a euro bumper or a way to make it look any better?

    Thanks!

You have that backwards. ONLY cars before 87 can use euro bumpers. Your second option would be a late model plastic bumper swap. The front is bolt on, but the rear requires some modification to the bumper.

Fyi... you can get euro bumpers in chrome or primered which you can then paint to color match your car.
