Bav just rolled out a M-technic II knock off kit (front and rear - no sides). From the pics it does not look too good - then again it is on a stock e30. The fog light hole are plugged too.

Weird. Well, maybe the sideskirts there are only 6 of. So far I have the front bumper, front valence, rear valence in my garage. BMW Germany refuses to ship the sideskirts, but my dealer is trying to get them to send it. I haven't got the rear spoiler, apparently there are none left, and they are shown as "on backorder" meaning that there are none left but they probably plan to make another run of them.

Thanks for posting that link, Vaporblade.

Just spoke to the dealer today,

He said that only a very few M-Tec 2 kits remain, for example only 6 rear aprons in Germany. Also, While most of the other 110 parts that I am ordering are still available, the dealer did point out that they may not be for much longer.

As of today, the full Mtec 2 kit is still available though...

Bumping this. Does anyone know where one can get the original instruction manual? I am going to put the kit on soon enough and I need it.

I bought all the hardware from BAV as well as a new pod for the rear - as stated a few pages back in this thread.

this is true. the sides didn't come with hardware whereas the fronts and rears did for some reason...

Don't forget the many nuts, bolts, clamps, and other pieces that add up. Total cost for all the assorted hardware usually runs around $130 or so.

^^ bav can get new sides too. I don't know about pods/cladding but they have a right side skirt right now. It was $270 I think... Maybe $217... I can't remember. But $450-$500 for both sides new isn't too terrible.

Yea, Bav Auto is great on this. I went ahead and got the rear ordered also. Now only the sides are left. In it also for under 2k. Please post where you are able to get the sides. Pics up soon after install. This eats up a lot of my return for this year, but I still need some rims. Anyway, I thought this would be good to get now before more of the kit becomes unavailable.
