There are certain spots on my car where the paint has faded. They arent too big but there is one spot right under the BMW logo in the front of my car and almost the whole horizontal flat section of my back bumper looks faded. I was told by the seller that i need to go to a BMW dealer and request i guess a pint of some matching paint.
There isnt rust showing so im guessing there are at least a couple layer of primer still on. Next the seller just said you just should "paint" it on a layer at a time till it looks nice...
Im asking you guys, (being that painting isnt really my thing) what really should I do about applying the paint, and is the back bumper (only the horizontal flat part) too big to just spray or brush paint on myself?
Also my black trim on the bumpers and "side skirts" need refreshining... could i get away with painting over these or try to get a respray by proffesionals? thanks, of course ill be searching some more for some answers :D
