Is my bumper repairable?

Hey guys, my bumper has a gash in it that causes the bottom to pop out a bit, and I was wondering if you guys thought it was repairable or if i should get a new cover (which I really don't want to do).

Get some 80 grit to scuff that up and some plastic repair. Finish it off with some Polyester putty and 180 grit, primer, block w/ wet 400, paint. I would use some plastic repair webbing in behind it for structure integrity. Find a local autobody supply place and they should be able to help you. That isn't a big deal at all.
