Yea, I pointed that out when I got ready to negotiate a price, I was like, well I need new headlights too, those arent very good. He got quite defensive.

Allinall that whole car is pretty shitty. Its decent on the outside, really straight, no door dings or anything, but the motor and interior are really rough. He still wanted 6,500 after I pointed out it needs new interior(dash,seats, carpet), clutch, intake manifold, intake manifold gasket, timing chain and the works done, and struts/shocks. I feel sorry for cars in that condition.

I say it is a Vladen one piece bumper/valence. I say that because of the lack of the "fins" that go behind the lisence plate area, the lack of brake ducts, and the large "open mouth" with mesh.

Something tells me that this owner didnt take the time to shave the fins and brake ducts.

Also, it looks like the fitment of the bumper with the bar that goes under the headlights is terrible.

Well its at a shop and the owner bought it from the kid(17 yrs old). And the shop owner is still a douche thinking its in really good condition and runs fine. He told me he takes it out occasionally and likes to go fast in it. I didn't go full throttle in that car for fear of busting a valve or fucking the motor up. The mounts were practically worthless and the motor probably moved 2 inches or so when given gas. I hate to see that car in such poor shape. Freakin not worth 6.5g.

If i had the 6.5k he wants, i would def. take it. It is nowhere in any type of condition to be worth it tho, unless you had an extra 12-20gs sitten around to fix it up. I offered him 3, cash. "Nope cars not forsale"

I told him to fuck off and to not do anything to that m3 in a nice sorta pollite kind of way.

Well I can tell when the timing chain tensioner is loose, the valves are lashing horribly, the motor mounts are blown, There is coolant leaking all over the motor, powersteering was blown, AC was not working, Just about every light on the dash came on when I started the car, which did NOT sound healthy, The interior was missing carpet, the dash was cracked and filled with Caulking, That front spoiler needed work, the hood was missalligned and paint was chipping. Every panel on the car was a different color, the sunroof was not working, the Front windshield had been replaced, but they used the wrong gasket so there was about 3 or 4 inches of water inside the car when I test drove it. Suspension was blown, Balljoints and CAB's where in terrible shape. uhhhh, it was leaking and burning oil when I brought it in to the shop. There was no radio, no speakers, no wiring or anything. All of the heatercontrols and vent controls were broken, fan speed only worked on level 4. You tell me thats worth 6.5k. I'll give you the name of the shop and you can call him and buy it.
