I have the numbers dictating what the car is, but I take the Roundels off unless I'm doing a club event. I have cheap Alpina badges on the car instead. 95% of people don't recognize the car without the Roundels, which is nice. They also don't attempt to steal the Alpina badges-- I've had that problem with the Roundels before. Not sure if that is relevant, but it is debadging in a sense.

I did both my cabrios. It just give the backend a much cleaner look. My coupes will be removed once it gets warm and I wetsand the whole car. I may replace the coupes though but it has to come off anyway.

advertising what your car is or not( fake bs m badges) me no like.

if its a true m3, or actual alpina edition or any other special "historical" collector worthy edition leave them on
if its any other e30 sedan, coupe, vert, touring, i think a clean trunk lid looks better with just the roundel and nothing else

i took mine off and left the roundel on.

Mine came completely shaved when I bought it. I ordered a roundel and ACS badge to try and see which would look better. I think I would rebadge mine.
