    OP, those tail lights are ugly IMO. Don't they make them for both tails though? They have them listed for both types of tails. If you have small tails, just get the early ones, yadda yadda.

              any tails listed for 87 and older will fit physically. they make that style for both early and late (small and large). you will have to rewire your tail section for those though.

                  I think you should honestly just stop now. If you can not figure out something as easy as determining the proper tail light for your car, I can't honestly image what if you had to do wiring.
