Dude, did you even read my posts? How can we make it any more clear that it mounts on the outside of the bumper?

I'll tell the body guy this information. I'm not the one mounting this apron on. I'll let you guys know how it all goes.

        Stole this from James' thread:

As you can see, it mounts quite a ways away from the body.

Easy to confuse your 'bodytech" with a random e30 owner wrenching his car on the side of a salty road. ;)

You're also missing a euro bumper. I mounted my M-Tech 1 apron onto my euro bumper, then installed the trim, then mounted the whole thing to car and played with fitment on the car.

              Way too big

From the pictures your body guy is right. Looks to be off by 2-3inches. Now, how you would make that fit would be a question for the m-tech experts on here...there are many people that have put the m-tech 1 on their cars.

If they, the company, said it would fit your car, I would send it back asap. You can get the front for about 400-450.00. Have fun finding the rear section:).

Nitro is correct; You need the correct front bumper, which will move the spoiler out some....still not sure it will fit. Not sure you would want to lower your car, but that is a different problem

i think you guys are looking to far into this. As td325ic said the body guy isnt trying to mount it to the bumper. And yes the op has a euro bumper.

huh, this is helpful for me. I'd always wondered how that front spoiler from dtm fiberwerkz would fit, but i never pulled the trigger because i was scared it wouldn't fit.

i know how the spoiler is supposed to mount, but from that 2nd picture, it looks like there's too much of a gap between the bracket mounting points and the spoiler.

of course, this is just from me trying to visualize the distance, so i could be wrong.

                  please take lots of pictures.
i'm also really interested as to how the curve on the bottom stretches out. it looks a bit deformed in the piece-only pictures from dtm.
