Hi guys I just got my M-tech 1 Rear spoiler from greg. It's painted Delphin Metalic(or salmon silver) and My car is Schartz Black. The spoiler has some chips and bubles in the paint. So I was wondering what the best method is to remove the paint rather then slowly chipping it off inch by inch. I just want to get a smooth surface to prime then to paint. I'm doing all the work my self but just need some tip as how to get the paint off.
Best way to remove Paint from Fiberglass?

Ok thanks guys It's all sanded and has three coats of paint on it. I went ahead and installed it at 7 P.M. Tonight. But next week need to fill in two spots on the fiberglass with bondo and sand it smooth then sand the paint nice and smooth and put another couple of coats on. I'll try to get some pics tommorow. The rubber on the spoiler is crazy soft it almost feels like a nerf ball in a couple spots.85 325e 2.7 ITB'd stroker

thats odd. Mine's pretty even and a little harder than a nerf ball. I would put some vinylex on it to remoisturize the rubber to protect against cracks.
