It's made by Pfeba, a lesser known maker of a few early model body kit parts for the E30 and E28. They weren't around long, but made some cool looking stuff.
my god I've had to post pics of my car like 3 times in the last 10 mins on different forums but here you go...
I have that spoiler sitting in my spare room at the moment, as above it's a pfeba spoiler for the early e30's was also found on the e21's apparently.
Bolts in to the same holes as the IS spoiler as well for easy install.
Here are some pics of the rest of the body kit and below that is another car with the spoiler fitted.

Kewl, thanks for the info. I will most likely sell it, since I have no use for it. The guy thought that I should install it on my E30 M3. He thinks that the one on there (OEM) is too big (rolls eyes). Any ideas what I should ask for it??
