Just stay away from anything aftermarket on eBay. If you want a vehicle made in china buy a "CEO"

This is proof you want to stay away from eBay and the Chinese: http://www.autoevolution.com/news/ch...ars-45701.html

It will fit like crap, have waves, and the first pebble you run over will obliterate your lip.

I've handled both OEM and Fake iS Lips; just HOLDING them, there is a noticable difference between quality, flex, and durability. I have no worries my OEM lip from Blunt will hold up; the eBay lip.... Let's just say my buddy with an Alpine iS went through 4 in 2 months.

Is the savings really worth it when you might have to buy a new lip 3-4 months down the line?

you're going to wish you spent that 130 on a front lip when you run your ebay lip over and it smashes into a million pieces. ask me how i know..

On the comment of quality in hand; yes they feel different, but I would almost prefer the pliable/'floppy' ebay lips for lower cars. While they look good, they do not quite fit onto stock clips and will need to be modified/drilled to fit. That said, they look the part once on the car.

But I have a busted odo that I'm too lazy to fix and an OE IS lip...does this mean I have the wrong lip?!

the stock is lips are very flexible. the materials of the Chinese version are poor quality - they aren't going to hold up.

it's a $20 price difference. I don't understand how that is worth it in any way possible. they don't even fit directly as you say yourself.

Id rather have it break than spend that much money on a lip lol.

It a 50 dollar price difference. blunt sells them for 125 without clips, 135 with clips. and it is almost certainly going to end up in the road somewhere. even if I went oem lip, I would probably still drill+zip ties :p
