The valance is usually referred to as a "Euro valance" here on the forums. As said there is a 84-85 version and a 86-87 version. Drop Levent aka ZM Blue Devil aka Guten Parts an email or PM and I bet he has one or can find you one!

These are both the 86/87 european steel valance with the standard lip (and center oil cooler vent).
