How do you install the license plate bumper filler on 87 325is?

That's the part that deletes the front plate center on early cars?

Isn't it double sided taped on?

Mine from pelican parts bolts on. Any pics of the filler?

I just installed one of these today and it has 2 brass bolts that fit in slots on the bumper and are held by plastic wing nuts. There are also 2 plastic locating pins that fit in the plate frame mounting holes.

There are instructions but I laughed when I read them.
