Is it at all possible to get an alpina front spoiler that is designed for the chrome bumper e30s onto one of the later e30s with the plastic bumpers?

Not realistically. You *could* convert the front but you would need a Euro chrome bumper and a euro EARLY valance. You cant put a chrome bumper in the back, you need the plastic back there.
anything can be done but it would involve a lot of work and probably not look right in the end.Im now E30less.
