The high gloss that is pictured is still a removable coating but not plastidip it is called autoflex. It is not as diy friendly as plastidip, it involves proper spraying equipment and environment.Leave a comment:

Wow, I think it looks really good. Especially if it was a multicolor car before.Leave a comment:

For those not following the dipping scene the products have evolved so much in the past two years it is crazy. The beginning of next year is going to change a lot of people's opinion on dip. If you are interested check out Dippers Anonymous and Peelable Automotive Paint on facebook. But I will leave this here:

I'm really glad this turned out great. I love the idea of plastidip, but so many people do a half ass job and it gives it a bad reputation.Leave a comment:

Wow, that looks incredible. I'm planning on a spray next spring. Right now I'm up to 6 colors.

Hi
=apiazza2010;4262934Cost wise I used 4 gallons in total. I got them for a steal on amazon for 75$. but they are usually 58 a gallon.
Plastidip Spray: 4*60= 240$
DYC sprayer and mask= 130$
Perls : 2*12 = 25$
Total is about 400 including everything
I was lucky and knew someone with the DYC sprayer so my total cost was a little over 100 dollars. But once you have the gun the only expense is the dip itself, and blue 3m tape (which is sooo expensive... I don't know why)Leave a comment:
