I don't care about terminology, Jordan. :P
So I bent a little shit back on my 88+ valence today and started getting it ready for paint. I fit the bumper (skin - I don't have anything else but that and the trim) into where it mounts in the front valence. Turns out that on each side (6" or so from the corner) the top part is bowed (warped?) up a little. However, it seems so perfectly symmetrical that it may just be the way it was manufactured or something. Does mounting it on the reinforcement straighten anything out? If not, the gap is gonna annoy the shit out of me.
If this isn't too clear, I can take pictures.
