What the hell does this mean?

I'm looking for an ACS front spoiler yet again. Or some kind of front spoiler to complement my ACS side skirts and rear apron I have layin in the garage.(Ahem; alpina)

My question is..what they hell is this place talking about? sedan to 89? conv to 6/91?
If it serves my correct...the ACS front spoiler should fit 9-87'... to 92'.
I sent them an e-mail and told them their description is :? Do they even know what they are selling? I hope to get a ACS spoiler and right now will pay above retail if I have to for one cos I'm sick of it already. My IS lip just got chipped/scraped fri night (the paint) so why not add a frotn spoiler instead of re-painting the IS lip? Thats the way I see it.
If I get a front spoilerwhatever it is (hope I can get the ACS)...then I'll sell my un-cracked and in ex. cond IS lip for dirt.

    Pre/post facelift cars.

Cabs were "facelifted" much later than the coupe/sedan counterparts.

I know about the facelift dates.
Tney should have said sedan to 8-87. and conv to 9/91.
        My mom's old black 91 325ic was a 8-91 production.

maybe it has to do with the aluminum bumpers? face lift was only partial in 88, retained aluminum bumpers...89 was full change, new valance and bumpers ;)

nope..the late model ACS front spoiler fits the 88' the only difference between an 88 and 89 is the bumpers. 88's got the same front and rear valances as the 89-91
