        thanks... :D
They aren't really comparable. Cup Kit is an affordable street kit that slams the car but isn't that stiff. The GC"s have fully adjustable ride height and you can pick any stiffness spring that you want... you can even get multiple sets of springs with different stiffnesses. GC's cost a lot more, and require stiff (usually Koni Adjustable) shocks.

My friend has the Spax 2.5/1.5" setup on his car and his isn't happy with it. He says its really soft and his tires hit the fenders a lot.

          That friend would be me.
They are pretty soft, but have worked fine for me at a track event and an auto-x. They greatly reduce body roll, and make the car have overall good handling characteristics. I also think the rake the springs put on the car makes it look awesome (I've removed the rear springs pads to bring the back down a little) But the 2.5" drop up front is hard to deal with, especially on a daily driver like mine. The IS lip is only 3.5" off the ground at it's lowest point, and the oilpan is only a tiny bit higher. Personally I'm saving up for GC, just cause of the hieght adjustablity, cause the car looks damn good slammed, but just isn't always practical.

well, the cup kit is about 700, and the GC's are 399 plus the cost of shocks/struts, so not that much difference in price correct?

and also the GC's will only go 1.75 inches, no?

            thanks guys.

Word to not paying retail 8) www.evolutionsports.com has them for a lot under $700. Check it out.

From my experience the Cup Kit is excellent for street use (low, not too stiff) and with big sway bars its great on the track as well.

My total bill turned out to be around $1200 (that is with a 10% discount and half price on the RSM).

                  -Height Adjusters and Springs
                  -4 Koni Shocks (short)
                  -Aluminium RSM's
-Bump stops (extra $$ but got them for free).

So with Jordans price (hook up) and my price (also hooked up) there is a fairly large difference.

you can get the fk springs 60mm/40mm front/rear drop for 149 from supreme power parts. I just got em. I'll probably have time to put them on in a few weeks. I hear they're good.

                      Spax Kit?

I had Spax Kit, and who said they are soft?

They are stiffer than my H&R sports!
