    Were these a factory option?

I saw these on eBay and I was wondering if they were a factory option, or if they are a DIY job.
I think they'd look pretty sweet on my Bronzit.

I spy silver paint up between one of the spokes in the top right........However, I do believe BBS has made some wheels with this color scheme, just not ours

I think they might have been an option on some early M3s, Mike Abraham's Henna M3 had them IIRC, but I don't think so on regular e30s. However, BBS did sell gold centered basketweaves in the aftermarket back in the day.

i wonder how much of a drop you would need to tuck 14inch wheels haha.

Look at my sig. Probably 9 inches to tuck the actual wheels.

I've got a bronzit 318i like you with those exact wheels. Unfortunely I don't have a pic. Maybe tomorrow.

EDIT: Here you go, don't mind the rust hole

That'd be awesome if you could get a picture. I'm getting a set of basketweaves with black centers this weekend for a really good price. I'm considering painting them gold.
