    Grill Euro vs US

what is the diference between the euro grill and an US spec grill? pics if u can ;)

US - no little "eyebrow" effect
Euro - a little "eyebrow" effect

you'll see on euro grilles that a little bit of the headlight is cut off at the top.

now someone post some pics for the man ;)

      Euro:

There are also subtle airflow differences you prolly wont be able to notice.

Besides the little "eyebrow" the space between the slates isn't completely open. I guess it's to push air towards the radiator or something.

          Wow Ryan, great examples.

I move to have this thread moved to the "FAQ" forum.

*EDIT* Nevermind, I took care of it.

AND.... From what I hear, the euro grilles have an openiong on the top to get to the city lights. :)

Yeah, they have a hole for hte citylight holders. The airflow isnt really affected by those slats but the opening between the slats down lower in the center of the car. They are cut a little tighter to the radiator.

I have full euro grilles and a euro valance Greg hooked me up to and even though there is less opening to condenser and radiator my AC works better since I got it back. I dont know if it has something to do with that or the 3 months it sat.

Euro grills also have holes for headlight wipers.

M3 guys sweat the EVO grills which actually do improve air flow
