How to remove rear impact strip?

How does the black trim on the rear bumper come off without breaking anything? Taking one off a parts car, need to know.

I'm taking the center, the entire bumper has 3 pieces. If you want just the passenger side (with the sidemarker opening, right?) I could get it for ya.

              that **might** help.....

I just ran out and checked my car, my pass is FUBAR, my center has a crack at the top and bottom I can fix with glue, and my driver side is scratched and paint on it.....

If you could grab the pass I could repair/repaint the other pieces. (actually....I'm going to PM you, cuz I could want a lot of stuff)

Or look at this: http://www.r3vlimited.com/Tech/bumper3.htm from retrofitting late bumpers to early cars, might help......

i actually think you just have to pull it off. The one on my parts car was broken so i just pulled on it, the strips just snap into place. i just genty moved arcoss the car pulling more off each time. I am not sure if there is anything more to it. they are pretty tough pieces.

Thanks, I'll go test out the pulling theory on mine. Mine was also the result of a parking lot incident, but they never hung around. :x

I've been quoted $100CDN everywhere around here, it sucks.
