    how hard is it to mate the 88-93 e30 front valence on the diving board bumpers??

    was wondering how hard is it to mate the 88-93 e30 front valence on a 88 cabrio with diving board bumpers? will it just bolt up?

    i believe since some 88s still had DBs that they bolt up perfectly after you take your old sheetmetal off

      The late model valence will fit fine, even with the diving board bumpers. It will end up just looking like an '88.

        front is direct swap, rear is a whole nother story. See Mr. Anderson's thread about his swap

          Actually the Rear is a direct swap on the rear of a cabrio as well...

            You could have searched.
            but to answer your ?, it is a direct fit. I just had to cut off the tow hooks on mine. You can see how it looks right vvvvv.

              The bumper not the valance though. Which is what we were talking about. He didnt ask about the bumbers, nor a cabrio. :)

                It fit for the most part on mine, except for the two holes that didn't line up. Also the brake cooling ducts are not the same on the early and new cars.
